Start/Delivery Date March 1, 2024 Project Duration Term: One Year with two (2) optional one-year periods Q&A Deadline 01/24/2024 11:00 AM (PST) Bidders requesting clarification to this RFB must submit all questions in writing online The Metropolitan Water District (Metropolitan) of Southern California solicits bids from qualified environmental or waste removal professionals for Homeless Encampment Abatement and General Clean-Up Services within the county of Los Angeles. The services are on-call but would be scheduled with advanced notice. It is anticipated that Metropolitan will have approximately 1-2 abatements and general clean-ups annually. Metropolitan intends to issue a one-year contract with the option of two (2) and one (1) year extensions. The Bid must be valid for a minimum of 120 days from the Bid closing date. Bids may not be withdrawn by Bidders after submission date without Metropolitan approval and all Bids become the sole property of Metropolitan. Metropolitan reserves the right to reject the bid of a bidder who has failed previously to perform properly on contracts of a similar nature, or a bid where investigation shows the bidder is not in a position to perform the contract.
