Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Scope of Work includes relocation of two existing active force mains under HCFCD channel including: Abandoning of approx. 270 LF of existing 6-inch force main and grout water tight Abandoning of approx. 234 LF of existing 8-inch force main and grout water tight Installation of approx. 225 LF of 6-inch force main and 2 offset sections Installation of approx. 175 LF of 8-inch force main and 2 offset sections By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature in accordance with Owner's Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
