Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Owensboro, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of May 1, 2024, the project was awarded to Yager Materials, with an awarded amount of $634,411.86. The City of Owensboro is seeking a Contractor to provide all labor, material, supervision, equipment, construction staking, and incidentals necessary to rehabilitate certain streets by removal of areas that indicate base failures and reconstruction of these failed areas, milling and texturing the existing street surface to remain in place and resurface the streets, all as directed by the City Engineer. The City of Owensboro reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in said bids. Bids emailed to this address MUST be PASSWORD PROTECTED (i.e. when opening the file, it immediately prompts you for a password before allowing the document to open), or they may be rejected. The subject line on the email must list the BID number, project name, and firm name. If choosing the electronic submission above, vendors MUST separately send the document password to the following email address (different than above), or the bid may be rejected: bids@owensboro.org. Every request for such interpretation, clarification, or additional information should be in writing addressed to Kalyn Fox, Purchasing Manager, at City Hall (101 E. 4th Street, Owensboro, KY 42303) or emailed to bids@owensboro.org, and to be given consideration, must be received by Thursday, February 8, 2024.
