Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Pierce, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and for paving for a clubhouse / community center.
As of March 14,2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Lincoln Park Community Center Parking and Crosswalk Improvement. All Bidders shall provide proof that they are State Certified or State Registered, and a State Registered License shall be based on the possession of a St. Lucie County Certificate of Competency. Specialty contractors shall be required to provide proof of having obtained a St. Lucie County Certificate of Competency. Possession of either a State Certification or County Competency card must accompany the bid. It is the responsibility of the bidder to confirm that they have all the proper licenses to perform the work. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids/proposals which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any proposal in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the proposal which best serves the County. Question Deadline 02/23/2024 Questions received less than five (5) days before bid opening cannot be answered.
