Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Zeeland, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project Consists of Furnishing All Material and Constructing the Following: 360- 420 Ft Drain Reconstruction 100 Sft of Retaining Wall Replacement 650-725 Syds of Bituminous Sidewalk Replacement Including All Necessary Appurtenances and Restoration. Contract Documents May Be Examined Online or at the Offices of: Zeeland Charter Township, 6582 Byron Road, Zeeland, Mi 49464 Prein&newhof, 697 Ottawa Beach Road, Suite 2a, Holland, Mi 49424 and Some Local Plan Rooms. Funding the Work to Be Performed Under This Contract Will Be Financed and Paid for by Funds Received From Local Funding. 6. Bid Surety a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check Payable to Zeeland Charter Township in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Total Price Shall Accompany Each Bid. This Surety Shall Bind the Bidder for a Period of Forty-five (45) Days After the Receipt of Bids. 8. Completion Date the Project Shall Be Completed With 60 Days From Start of Construction or by September 1, 2024, Whichever Comes First.
