Renovation of a fire / police facility in Zeeland, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City of Zeeland will be replacing carpeting, ceramic floor tile, ceramic wall tile, and associated base material per the following specifications: 1. Remove existing flooring and wall tile as specified. 2. Perform all work as necessary to make sure floors and wall are level/smooth prior to carpet and tile installation. 3. Provide all tools, chemicals, adhesives, machinery and other material necessary to complete the project. 4. Contractor shall provide extra stock in the amount of no less than one case of carpet, ceramic tile, and base material. 5. The installed materials shall meet the following specifications. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive all irregularities in proposals. Proposals remain firm for sixty (60) days from the date of the Bid Opening Performance and Labor and Material Bonds will not be required for the project.
