Renovation of a residential development in Saint Michaels, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
**As of April 2, 2024 , This project has been awarded to Bay Hundred Builders, with the awarded amount of $74,219.71.** Furnish the labor and materials for the replacement of all the wood window units in the Townowned Administration Building at 201 Boundary Lane, formerly the Environmental Concern property. Window replacement shall exclude the aluminum clad windows located on the 1st floor which have already been replaced. Total 41 individual window units (single or mulled units). The single or mulled units are grouped together in some locations. Please see attached window schedule. The Commissioners of St. Michaels are requesting sealed proposals from an individual or firm to replace and reframe windows at a Town-owned building at 201 Boundary Lane (formerly the Environmental Concern property). Additional questions should be directed to the Town Administrator, Rob Straebel, via email at rstraebel@stmichaelsmd.gov or by calling the Town Office during regular office hours at 410-745-9535. The Commissioners of St. Michaels reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
