No definite date for the rebid.** Brick Township Police Department Special Operations Garage Mechanical HVAC Plumbing Install. the Project Scope Includes the Design, Permitting, Labor, Materials and Equipment to Install the Mechanical, Plumbing, Hvac Equipment Inside the 2850 Square Feet of Interior Office Space Fit-out, Within the Already Built 8000 Square Feet Operations Garage, in the Rear of the Municipal Building on Chambers Bridge Road. The Successful Bidder Shall Be a Nj Licensed Mechanical/plumbing Contractor, Capable of Amending the 2017 Hvac Plumbing Plans to Meet Current Ibc and Any Other Related Building Codes, Obtain Local Hvac, Plumbing Permits, Construct and Startup New Equipment, Within the New Office Space. Bid Bond or a Certified Check Drawn to the Order of Treasurer of the Township of Brick for Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount Bid, Except That the Check Shall Not Exceed $20,000.00.The Successful Bidder is Hereby Notified That a Performance Bond for the Full Amount of This Project is Required. the Award of the Contract for This Project Will Not Be Made Until the Necessary Funds Have Been Provided by the Township of Brick in a Lawful Manner. the Right is Also Reserved to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Informalities Where Such Informality is Not Detrimental to the Best Interest of the Township. The Right is Also Reserved to Increase or Decrease the Quantities Specified in the Manner Designated in the Specifications. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
