The Successful Bidder Shall Be a Nj Licensed Mechanical/plumbing Contractor, Capable of Amending the 2017 Hvac Plumbing Plans to Meet Current Ibc and Any Other Related Building Codes, Obtain Local Hvac, Plumbing Permits, Construct and Startup New Equipment, Within the New Office Space.
