Site work for a civil project in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids are to be stated for the construction of a tank and well and all other related items of work required to complete the project as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The Total Contract Time will be 700 consecutive calendar days and the liquidated damages will be $700 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. A bid bond or a certified cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the total bid price is required. The City of Ridgeland reserves the right to amend the specifications and contract documents as necessary prior to bid and agrees to notify all having requested bid packets. The City of Ridgeland reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities.
