Project Goals: o This project will replace (or repair/refurbish) the pergola, which has some wear due to rotten boards. The wooden roof will be replaced with metal frame trusses, wood frame center portion, and new tin roof. o This project will be resurfacing and leveling the existing park with sod 22,000 sq. ft. The ground is very uneven and causes water drainage issues. Will subtract an 8-ft buffer zone around the exterior of the park, which will be part of Phase 2. o 3 inch slope from centerline of park east-west Timeline: o Proposed start date week of February 12th, 2024 Deliverables: o Topographical chart to show expected 3-inch slope. Conditions: o Silt fencing o 811 locates o Disposal of demolition byproducts Financial Information: o Invoices must be submitted by the last Wednesday of the month to be presented for payment. Invoices must be numbered, itemized, and signed. o Invoices may be submitted after demolition and reconstruction of pergola, as well as excavation and resurfacing has been completed. o A 5% retainage will be withheld until 30 days after completion of project.
