Each proposal shall contain the full name and address of every person, firm or corporate interest in the same, and if a corporation, the name and address of the President and Secretary. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check on a solvent bank or Bid Bond for the amount of $500.00 made payable to the City of Ironton, Ohio.
