Take notice that the Director of Finance for White County shall accept sealed written proposals for security camera upgrades at various school facilities. The owner (White County) further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder, and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids. The awarded bidder will be responsible for replacing components of the existing security camera systems which are non-working or obsolete. Additionally, it is the countys intention to expand camera coverage and therefore additional cameras will be added to various locations. White County has determined where these additional cameras will be located at each facility across the district. The listing of camera system components, which can be found in Appendix A of this RFP, takes into account these additional cameras as well as system components which the county already knows are non-working or obsolete.
