The State of Wyoming, General Services Division is requesting bids for state owned buildings in Cheyenne Wyoming, for fire system testing, certification, maintenance, horn strobes, notifiers, panel upgrades, general alarm installation, service, repair, piping and other mechanical projects at the properties addresses (See attached), Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002. Work will be conducted by properly licensed and certified persons (if the work requires licensing and/or certifications). Must be able to meet IFC codes. Work will be conducted at the following addresses on appendix A attached. Questions shall be submitted through Public Purchase by 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), on February 1, 2024. Questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered. 24-hour service will be provided. The Contractor shall provide direct labor personnel; as well as transportation, tools, instrumentation, equipment, and suppli es required; to perform testing, certification, repairs, servicing and maintenance. The Contractor shall provide the services of qualified, trained, manufacturer certified technicians to perform repair or diagnostic services. The State of Wyoming reserves the right to make multiple awards if deemed to be in the best interest of the State. Hourly charge: charges must be set at an hourly rate for regular business hours Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., excluding State of Wyoming recognized holidays. After hours includes weekends and all State of Wyoming recognized holidays. Emergency is defined as immediate service.
