Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in West Palm Beach, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Scope of work includes, but not limited to, site preparation, excavation, grading, concrete footings, sidewalks, plumbing, drainage, electrical power, fire alarm, intercom, painting, roof repairs, gutters and landscaping. The established goal for this project is a minimum of 25% SBE subcontractor participation, Certified by SDPBC. Robling Architecture Construction, Inc., Construction Manager at Risk for School District of Palm Beach County, is seeking to pre-qualify subcontractors/vendors who have not previously pre-qualified with our firm. Project dates & bid documents will be included with the ITB.
