Site work for a water / sewer project in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following being improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas. The project includes: Drainage improvements to include installation of 24" RCP, reinforced concrete curb inlet, extension of existing concrete curb inlets, relocation of fire hydrant and various other items. Questions concerning this project shall be directed to Bob Breedlove, P.E., 903-597-2122. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY. In all operations involving construction of Cascades Unit 4 Drainage Improvements, The C.T. Brannon Corporation is an additional primary insured. The insurance company waives any subrogation claims against The C.T. Brannon Corporation The proposed project consists of Cascades Unit 4 Drainage Improvements for the City of Tyler. Work shall include installation of 24" RCP, reinforced concrete curb inlet, extension of existing concrete curb inlets, relocation of fire hydrant and various other items. Bidders desiring further information or interpretations must make request for such information to the Project Designer prior to four (4) working days before the time of the bid opening
