Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and transportation facility.
Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence and labor for construction of the following improvement for the City of Tyler, Texas: City of Tyler Bid Number: 24-001 Project Name: 2024 Two Roof Replacement Project The project includes: Demo and Replacement of two City of Tyler Facilities roofs. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1,2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the City.
