Site work and addition to a medical facility in Clinton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,270-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The project consists of: constructing an accessible entrance addition on the west side of the existing hospital. The addition is approximately 1,270 s.f. of new construction with ancillary existing building and site alterations. Work scope consists of selective demolition and new construction. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems will be extended into the addition. A bid bond of 5% of the bid amount is to be submitted with the bid.
