The City of Hemet is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, and materials to perform the installation of gates and fencing located at 315 W. Latham Ave. Hemet CA 92543, in accordance with the included bid specifications. . Contractor shall provide the following Surety Bonds: (1) Bid bond, (2) performance bond, (3) payment bond, and (4) maintenance bond. Bid bond shall be 10 percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The Payment Bond and the Performance Bond shall be in a sum equal to the contract price. If the Performance Bond provides for a one-year warranty a separate Maintenance Bond is not necessary. If the warranty period specified in the contract is for longer than one year a Maintenance Bond equal to 10% of the contract price is required.
