Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Flemington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
Improvements include installation of concrete sidewalk, curbing, brick pavers, bathroom lighting and tree planting. The Borough requires the Project to be Substantially Complete in 120 calendar days from date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check in an amount no less than 10 percent of the Bid Sum. The Project is subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended. The project is funded through general funds of the Borough of Flemington and a Community Park and Recreation Grant from the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR). Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid before the expiration of the 60 day period. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
