Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Flemington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project will include demolition of the existing pump station building and equipment, installation of a new wet well and plumbing connections, installation of a Borough supplied submersible package pump station, bypass pumping and surface finishes at the site. The Borough requires the project to be Substantially Complete within 60 days of Notice to Proceed. Sealed Bids will be received by the Borough of Flemington for improvements to the Canal Street Pump station. The Borough will receive sealed Bids at 126 High Street, Suite 1, Flemington, PA 17745, when the sealed bids will be opened and read aloud in Borough Council Chambers. Bid Documents may be viewed at the office of the Engineer or at the Borough Office during regular business hours. All inquiries pertaining to the Bidding Documents shall be directed to the Engineer in writing via email (sgibson@mctish.com) or via FAX (570-368-3166). Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid before the expiration of the 60 day period. Bidders need to register with MKA before submitting a bid. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
