The Council of Delta Borough has authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on its behalf by opening bids. Bids will be accepted and contracts awarded at regularly scheduled meeting of Delta Borough Council. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Delta Borough in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum bid must be deposited by each bidder with the bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
