2024 Stormwater Improvements A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Delta Borough Municipal Authority in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Delta Borough Municipal Authority reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 10/27/2023 5:00 PM Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered.
