A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Delta Borough in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. The Contract Time for this project is ninety (90) calendar days. Delta Borough reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 08/15/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions through Online Portal The Owner fully intends to construct the work for which bids are solicited. However, the Owner specifically reserves the right, which all Bidders acknowledge by submission of a bid, to reduce quantities and/or eliminate portions of the project to meet available finances. Reduction of quantities or elimination of portions of the project will not constitute grounds of additional or compensatory charges to the low bidder.
