General Maintenance Services The bid will subsequently be awarded at the regular meeting of the Delta Borough Council held at the Fire House located at 500 Main St., Delta, PA, 17314 on March 25, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. The work for which the bids are being solicited is the provision of equipment and labor required for general maintenance on an as needed basis in the Borough commencing on April 1,2025 for the Borough to extend the contract for two additional 1-year terms in accordance with the specifications. The bid submitted should state the price per hour for driver and any necessary equipment. The contractor will be required to respond with an ETA to Borough's request for services within 90 minutes of notification, unless the Borough deems the requested service an emergency, in which case contractor's response time and services be rendered as soon as possible. The successful bidder must be willing to provide proof of insurance and sign an agreement of indemnity with the Borough. A bid surety bond or cashier's check in the amount of $500.00 dollars must accompany all bids- The Borough reserves the right to waive any technicalities or informalities and the right to reject any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a Period of 45 days after the date set for the opening thereof.
