WWTP Control Building Upgrades A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to the Delta Borough Municipal Authority in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. The Delta Borough Municipal Authority reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. Questions Due Date: May 9th 2024, 10:00 AM EDT. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing via PennBid's "Clarifications" tab. Replies will be issued by Addenda, posted within PennBid's "Documents" tab and an email notification sent to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Oral and Estimated Contract Value: $200,000.00. The Delta Borough Municipal Authority reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
