Sealed bids for construction of an accessible play area and walking paths, paved access including ADA parking, installation of a gazebo, park benches, and playground equipment and associated wood carpeting CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/13/2023 5:00 PM A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Delta Borough Council in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is ninety (90) calendar days. Delta Borough Council reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
