Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Napoleonville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
For the exterior wall rehabilitation and repairs of the Assumption High School Microcenter Addition located at Assumption High School along LA. Hwy. 308, in Napoleonville, Project Each Bidder must deposit with his/hers bid, security in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid in the form of a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written by a company licensed to business in Louisiana, in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. All bidders must show proof that he/she is licensed in the State of Louisiana to perform this type of construction. Contractors license number must appear on the face of the sealed envelope containing his/hers bids. The Contractor shall begin mobilization and procurement of necessary materials within ten (10) working days of the receipt of the Notice to Proceed All questions should be directed to Clarence J. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities incidental thereto, and to accept any bid which the Owner feels serves their best interest
