Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Lincoln, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
This renovation project consists of the installation of new walls, doors, and a drop ceiling, as well as updating finishes, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and controls. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5% percent of the bid amount. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Successful bidders shall be required to observe the fair employment practices commission rules pertaining to equal employment opportunity and comply with the Illinois prevailing wage act, 820 il cs 130/1 et seq. and use wage determination as determined by the Illinois department of labor, conciliation, and mediation division. These wages will remain in effect until superseded by a new determination.
