Scope of Work - The scope of the Grossmont College Buildings. 62 & 86 HVAC Replacement Project will include removal and replacement of rooftop HVAC units across both Buildings 62 and 86 with new units with the same capacity. The intent is to match the existing roof curbs and supply/return opening dimensions of the existing unit. Building 86 will include replacement of ductwork below the roof line to provide new climate zones for improved energy efficiency. The project will be phased to limit the impact to the end users within occupied spaces.
