Outer Dr., Detroit, MI 48239 4/1/24 Anticipated Contract Start Date Question Acceptance Deadline 02/05/2024 04:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online Yes, Question Deadline: Bidder questions must be submitted via or emailed to dwsd-contracts@detroitmi.gov DWSD warehouses is requesting the purchase and delivery of Ductile Iron Pipe of Various Sizes for use by maintenance and repairs. This contract is essential for repairing water service connections for DWSD customers and will serve to replenish stock levels, preventing emergency spot buys and possible work stoppage for our Central Warehouse and West Yard Warehouse locations. DWSD Procurement, acting on delegated authority of the Director of DWSD, reserves the right to not award a contract / PO and may reject any or all bids if none is considered to be in the best interest of DWSD. DWSD reserves the right to award by lowest price per line or by lowest lump sum price at its sole discretion. In addition, DWSD also reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts resulting from this RFB.
