The Contractor is responsible for subcontractors and lower tier subcontractor labor compliance. Job site poster requirements apply to state and federally funded projects. All Contractors must insert this special provision in each subcontract and further require its inclusion in lower tier subcontracts Pump station rehabilitation including removal and replacement, trash racks, ladder, railings and mechanical systems on I-75 at M-8 in the city of Detroit, Wayne County. Net classification required for this project is 1524 Fd Control Sec Job No Federal No ST 82252 211872A 24A0285 MI DOT - 2403 013 - Pump Station Rehabilitation Including Removal and Replacement, Trash Racks, Ladder, Railings and Mechanical Systems on I-75 . This special provision establishes negative adjustments related to the failure to properly install and maintain soil erosion and sedimentation control (SESC) measures and the conditions under which these adjustments will be determined and applied. Nothing in this special provision modifies section 107 of the Standard Specifications for Construction All inquiries must be made by E-mail through the electronic proposal system at MILogin for Third Party's MDOT e-Proposal application.
