Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Renovation of the main south entrance to the Arch 2 Building. The scope of work will include addressing and modifying the current building envelope for the replacement of the existing canopy; Replacing the podium and stairs, including tactile warning strips and non-slip nosings; Structural solution for new design; Removal of ext. light standard; Landscaping and new ramped sidewalk; Removal of existing trees and shrubs; New guards and handrails; Removal and reinstallation of condensing unit; New exterior lighting solution; Remove three (3) existing canopy lights; Replace six (6) exterior wall pack lights; Replace storefronts and doors; Replace three (3) Precast panels; Install visibility strips on glazing; Include automatic door operators and door hardware; Replace impacted caulking and backer rod. TIMELINE: Final design is ongoing. Tender expected late 2025.
