Reference Number 0000263570 Question Acceptance Deadline 16-Feb-2024 01:30:00 PM EST Bid Intent Deadline 23-Feb-2024 12:00:00 PM EST 6023-E-0034 - Hwy 11 from Sturgeon River Bridge No. 4, easterly for 26 km in the Townships of Colter, Lindsley and Errington in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay. The scope of work includes all work necessary to deliver this Assignment as described in the RFQ Documents. The Service Provider shall plan, design and construct all work in conformance with Ministry of Transportation standards, criteria and requirements any area directives or specifications, and the Technical Standards and Specifications (Appendix 2). As well, when providing services under this Agreement, the Service Provider shall comply with all applicable legislation, regulatory standards, industry best management practices, and other guidelines and procedures relevant to conduct the work. The Service Provider shall also consult any existing applicable MTO guidance documents as appropriate. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between documents, documents with the most recent dates shall prevail. The Ministry requires that a Service Provider, specializing in Engineering Surveys, perform topographic surveys of the described locations and supply the required digital plans, profiles, horizontal and vertical control information, and digital terrain models: GWP 6062-20-00: Hwy 11 from Sturgeon River Bridge No. 4, easterly for 25.4 km in the Townships of Colter, Lindsley and Errington in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay The Ministry, acting reasonably, reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposals, whether or not completed properly and whether or not it contains all required information.
