The TBDSSAB invites Bid Submissions (Bids) from qualified contractors for move-out cleaning services of residential units located throughout Thunder Bay, more completely described below. The TBDSSAB has bachelor, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom units consisting of mid-rise and hi-rise buildings, row-housing units as well as semi-detached and detached houses located throughout Thunder Bay. The successful contractor(s) being awarded "as and when requested" contracts for the cleaning of vacant TBDSSAB residential units. In 2023 TBDSSAB had approximately three hundred fifty (350) move-outs Submission Type: Online Submissions Only
