Sealed bids for Contract No. TU-233, Replacement of Potable Water Storage Tank and Related Improvements for the Ulster Water District, Town of Ulster, Ulster County, New York, are sought and requested as set forth in drawings and specifications prepared by Brinnier and Larios, P.C., 67 Maiden Lane, Kingston, New York 12401. The contract will have one (1) proposal: General Construction. Bidders must bid on all items of work in the respective proposal. Bids received after the designated date and time will be considered unresponsive and returned to the bidder unopened. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of not less than five percentum (5%) of the bid in the form of a certified check or bid bond subject to the conditions of this contract. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the accepted bid as set forth in the Bid Form.
