Renovation of a water / sewer project in Harrison Township, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

As of March 1, 2024, the owner decided to proceed without awarding this bid/retracting the bid. Reference Number 0000341013 Delivery Point: 36570 Jefferson Ave. Harrison Township, MI 48045 The City of Mount Clemens is Accepting Sealed Bids for a Stultz (or Equal) HVAC Unit. The City reserves the right: (1) To award bids received on the basis of individual items, or groups of items, or on the entire list of items, (2) To reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, (3) To waive any irregularity, informalities or errors in the bidding process (4) To accept the bid that is in the best interest of the City, including bids that are not for the lowest amount. Secure all necessary permits and approvals required for the unit replacement project. Coordinate with facility management to schedule the work in a manner that minimizes impact on building occupants and operations. Procure the (1) new STULTZ (OR EQUAL) HVAC UNIT and verify their compatibility with existing infrastructure. Disconnect all electrical power supply to the existing unit. Disconnect and seal all water, gas, and electrical connections to the existing units. Dismantle the existing unit and carefully remove from the roof using appropriate rigging and lifting equipment and properly dispose. Install necessary steel beams for the new unit, ensuring proper alignment and stability. Carefully crane lift and position (1) STULTZ (OR EQUAL) HVAC UNIT onto its designated location, securing firmly in place. Connect and secure all electrical wiring, conduit, and connections, adhering to local electrical codes and safety standards. New disconnect is included. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all components, connections, and systems to validate proper installation. Energize and start new HVAC unit, verifying functionality. Optimize the system's performance by adjusting airflow, temperature settings, and other parameters as necessary. Compile and provide documentation including equipment manuals and warranties. Clear the project area of all debris and waste generated during the installation process. Dispose of waste materials in accordance with environmental regulations and local disposal guidelines. Conduct a final walkthrough with facility management to review the completed installation and ensure their satisfaction. All work is to be completed in a first-class workmanship manner in accordance with all local and state codes. Work is to be completed Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.
