while the intent of this ifb is to award a contract(s) to a single vendor, the state reserves the right to make separate awards to different vendors for one or more-line items, to not award one or more-line items, or to cancel this ifb in its entirety without awarding a contract if it is considered to be most advantageous to the state to do so. the state reserves the right to waive any minor informality or technicality in bids received. the contract shall have an initial term of three (3) year(s), beginning on july 1, 2024, through june 30, 2027 (the effective date). awarded vendor shall provide all labor, parts, and programming on as needed basis to repair and maintain approximately 115 automatic doors located throughout the obnmtc at an acceptable working level required to comply with, aaadm specifications, cms regulations and center policies. awarded vendor to provide separate quotes on parts and materials to obnmtc maintenance technicians to perform minor repairs when necessary. all scheduled service visits shall be provided during standard business days and hours unless agreed upon by the contract administrator and vendor. standard business days and hours are monday through friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm except for state holidays. all work, both regular and by request, must be scheduled in advance with the facility contract manager who will be identified upon award.
