When the Total Overall Project Exceeds $28,789 All Bidders Must Comply With the Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County, City of Montgomery, Ohio as Ascertained and Determined by the Department of Industrial Relations as Provided in Section 4115.03 Through 4115.19 of the Revised Code of the State of Ohio. The City, as Contractor, Has Included Alternate Bids to Perform Similar Street Resurfacing Work Upon Private Roadways in the Vintage Club Subdivision to Assure Safe Streets for Private Use and Access for Public Safety. Each Proposal Must Contain the Full Name of the Party or Parties Submitting the Proposal and All Persons Interested Therein. It is the Intent and Requirement of the City That This Project Be Constructed and Completed by Friday, August 9, 2024 for All Streets Except for Deerfield Road (Station 21+35 to 31+00) and Huntersknoll Court, Which Shall Be Completed by Friday, December 6, 2024.
