The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the Department of Administration, General Services Division to establish a contract for the removal and replacement of two Air Makeup Units located on the roof of Building 86, located at 1124 Smith Street, Charleston, WV., per the bid requirements, specifications and terms and conditions as attached hereto. Vendor question deadline @ 3PM 2024-02-05 PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the Department of Administration, General Services Division to establish a contract for the following: The removal and replacement of two Air Makeup Units located on the roof of Building 86, located at 1124 Smith Street, Charleston, WV. The existing units are more than 20 years old, and model numbers are not known. The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans.
