The Owner solicits bids for a contractor to perform all work associated with said project including all labor, material, supplies and equipment. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on Revised Form 96 as required by Indiana law with the bid security. Revised Form 96 must be signed. A bid security is required for the purpose of ensuring the execution ofthe contract for which the bid is made. The bid security shall be either: (1) a certified check made payable to "Gibson County" in an amount equal to 10% ofthe bid or (2) a satisfactory bond in favor of Gibson County by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State ofIndiana in an amount equal to 10% of the bid.
