The City of Oxnard is requesting bids to secure a qualified vendor to supply and deliver baling wire to the Environmental Resources Division located at the Del Norte Regional Recycling and Transfer Station, 111 South Del Norte Boulevard, Oxnard, California 93030. The purchase of the baling wire will be used to prepare bales of recyclable material for market. March 18, 2024 :Last day for Questions by Bidders April 1 - April 5, 2024 :Review of Bids April 2024 :Agreement Development/Negotiations June 4, 2024: City Council approval (if necessary, e.g., over $200,000) July 1, 2024: Contracted work begins It is the intent of the City to issue a non-exclusive agreement for a one (1) year term with pricing locked in for this term, with the option if agreed upon by both parties for two additional one-year periods. In addition to responding to other sections of this request for bid, bidder shall submit Attachments A, B, and C, in its entirety, which includes the bid documents and specifications. Failure to do so may cause rejection of the bid.
