The Project includes the following Work: The City of Pocatello has secured funding for a project, which includes installing and/or replacing of sidewalks and ADA curb ramps in the Historic Bonneville Neighborhood, as identified through the Community Development Block Grant program and/or the City of Pocatello's Transit Authority. The project locations will be determined prior to construction. Project scope includes the removal and disposal of existing non-compliant curb/sidewalk sections or ADA ramps, new base preparation, forming/pouring of new sidewalk, curb ramp, curb/gutter, and asphalt patch back per plan. Each sidewalk and curb ramp must be inspected by city staff. Contractor is also responsible for traffic control through the duration of the project and must adhere to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Pedestrian access must be maintained on one side of the street at all times. Project scope is anticipated at approximately $300,000.00. The Contract has an expected duration of one year. Bid Bond A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid will be required at the time of the submission of the bid.
