Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Pocatello, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a 36,016-square-foot, one-story above grade recreation facility.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The overall project consists of the construction of a new 36,000 SF Indoor Soccer Facility and associated sitework. The building structure includes concrete foundations, pre-engineered metal building system, thermal/moisture protection, etc. The building enclosure consists of pre-finished vertical panel siding, pre-finished metal roof panels, overhead doors, exterior doors, storefront windows, etc. This solicitation is specifically for Phase 1, which is for the bidding and procurement of the Pre-engineered metal building and associated building elements. Please note: this bid is only for pre-engineered metal building contractors. A future bid will be held in early 2024 for other scopes of work involved in the project.
