City in support of their recently awarded Idaho DEQ grant. The City is looking for firms with documented experience providing storm water model and masterplan consulting services. Question Deadline: 11/20/2023 at 5:00 PM MT, All questions must be submitted in writing to Hannah Sanger, Science & Environment Administrator at hsanger@pocatello.gov. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The project objectives include updating the City's 2016 storm water model, updating portions of the City's 2016 Storm water Design Manual, and identifying locations for storm water system improvements. The City of Pocatello is a municipal corporation located in Southeast, Idaho. The City is issuing this Request for Qualifications and anticipates selecting a firm that has extensive storm water experience working in a local government setting. Only the firms responding to the Request for Qualifications will be considered. The City will evaluate responses to assist in selecting a candidate, after which, a contract will be negotiated. Once negotiated, the contract term will be valid for a 1-year period with mutually executable options to extend. Any questions pertaining to the scope of services in this solicitation should be submitted in writing. All answers will be in the form of an addendum and sent to registered Respondents by November 22, 2023. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Code Title 67, Chapter 23 (State Government and State Affairs, Miscellaneous Provisions) and the City of Pocatello Purchasing Policies. Those provisions are hereby incorporated by reference into this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). All contracts must be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the RFQ. Disadvantaged business enterprises, minority owned businesses, and women owned businesses are especially encouraged to apply. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFQ or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective Respondents who received copies of the original request.
