The County is seeking an engineering consultant to provide testing and expertise, input, and advice, orally, and by report on an as needed basis for specified County projects and provide: o materials testing for quality assurance and review for conformance with projects contract specifications; o quality assurance test results, in a timely fashion; o consulting services and recommendations; and o geotechnical investigations and reporting.
