Site work and renovation of a civil project in Conrath, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Lift Station Upgrades (Dosing Pump System) UV Effluent Pump Septic Tank Pumping and Tank Upgrades (41+- units) Control Building Maintenance UV Disinfection System Collection System Clean Out Repairs Erosion Control Site Restoration Asphalt Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid, an amount to secure the bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Contract shall be subject to Section 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes pertaining to municipal wage scales and Federal Davis-Bacon wage rates. The "American Iron and Steel" requirements must be met. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246 We encourage Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), including Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women Business Enterprises (WBEs), to submit bid proposals. This project is being funded in part by the WI DNR EIF Program (Clean Water Fund) The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids
