Rousseau Rd Bridge Rehabilitation Highway, Street and Bridge Construction The outside of the envelope shall show the Name and Address of the Bidder, the State Contractors License Number of the Bidder (if the work is estimated at $50k or more), the Bid Name and the Bid Number. The Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and tools necessary for the installation of a manufactured steel beam/frame helper bent at Bent #2, installation of steel pipe piles, temporary traffic control, and related work, as required per the construction drawings and specifications. The project location is Rousseau Rd, Section 46 Township 7, Range 10E, Covington, LA. The Parish reserves the right to add, remove, or otherwise modify the above, as determined necessary by the Parish and as allowed by law. The time period for completion of work is forty-five (45) days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed by the Parish.
