Tioga High School Greenhouse Replacement. Location- 1207 Tioga Road Tioga, Louisiana 71405 A. Project consists of: 1. Selective demolition of an existing greenhouse building, including existing gravel at floor level, associated equipment, etc. 2. Selective demolition of existing storage building. 3. Installation of concrete floor slab and foundation, including associated earthwork and fill to raise finish floor elevation above surrounding grades. 4. New prefabricated modular greenhouse building, provide and install. 5. Disconnect and reconnect all utilities, extended as required. 6. New "stick-built" wood framed, storage building, on concrete slab/foundation on fill. Metal siding and roofing. Similar to existing storage building. 7. Associated concrete sidewalk paving. B. Erect and maintain all required temporary walls, lights, barricades and warning signs, as may be necessary to protect the public and workmen. C. Contractor shall become familiar with and at all times shall observe and comply with all Federal, State and Local laws and/or ordinances and regulations in any manner affecting the conduct of the work.
