Renovation of a water / sewer project in Holly Ridge, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing the following: Parallel digester equivalent in size to the existing digester at the WWTP. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond. MBE/WBE participation goals: MBE 10.9% WBE 10.4%. Notice to Proceed is expected to be given in December of this year with construction required to start no later than January 27th, 2025. State of NC MBE/WBE participation goal: 10% (combined) Question Deadline 08/15/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents.
